1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or purchasing from Sina Ade ("we", "our", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services. These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and others who access or use the platform.

2. Products & Orders

All products listed on our website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Product images are for illustrative purposes; actual colours and finishes may vary slightly due to the handcrafted nature of our timepieces.

Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation via email. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors or suspected fraudulent activity.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Nigerian Naira (₦). Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Sina Ade uses Paystack as its payment processor. By purchasing, you agree to Paystack's terms of use. We do not store your card details on our servers.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Promotions and discount codes are valid for the stated duration only and cannot be applied retroactively.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship across Nigeria and select international destinations. Estimated delivery times are 3–7 business days within Nigeria. International shipping timelines vary by destination. Sina Ade is not responsible for delays caused by customs, natural disasters, or courier failures beyond our control.

Risk of loss and title for items purchased from Sina Ade passes to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

5. Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags intact. Custom or personalised orders are non-refundable.

To initiate a return, contact us at hello@sinaade.com with your order number. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

6. Warranty

All Sina Ade timepieces come with a 12-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidental damage, water damage (unless the watch is specified as water-resistant), or unauthorised modification. To make a warranty claim, contact our support team with proof of purchase.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including but not limited to logos, product images, text, design, and graphics — is the exclusive property of Sina Ade and is protected by Nigerian and international copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sina Ade shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Sina Ade shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Rivers State, Nigeria.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
